Commercial Credit Analyst
Obtains and analyzes financial information, credit and collateral operating data to evaluate the current commercial and commercial real estate loan portfolio and assist loan officers on loan requests in order to approve or deny applications. Analyzes financial information received from borrowers and other sources, such as reporting services, credit bureaus, other companies and current credit files to determine trends for collectability and profitability of loan. Support loan and credit facility production staff in preparation of credit requests and presentation to various credit committees. Understands individual and company sources and analysis of global cash flow. Ensures existing credit relationships adhere to loan covenants and conditions and that required information is obtained in a timely manner. Experience with preparation of management and board of directors reports. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 3-5 years of experience. Familiar with standard banking concepts, practices, regulations and procedures a plus. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
A successful candidate will have a cheerful disposition, pleasant phone voice, strong communication skills, and present a very polished, professional image to clients and visitors alike. This candidate should be articulate and organized and have the ability to multi-task. Candidate will have a strong background in preparing memos, letters, correspondence, and creating presentations.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Act as Bank receptionist, including operation of switchboard. Coordinate reception coverage, including managing multiple phone lines and visitor check-in.
Log and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for shipping.
Overnight and courier delivery processing.
Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
Perform a variety of general office functions including filing and clerical tasks.
Administrative and secretarial support for Executive Management. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents.
Maintain schedule for conference rooms meetings.
Issue visitor and parking passes when required.
Act as company liaison with the building manager and building maintenance.
Ordering office and kitchen supplies.
Assist in keeping reception and kitchen area in neat and orderly condition.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous receptionist, switchboard or administrative assistant experience preferred.
Proficient in use of MS Office tools including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Knowledge of standard business document formatting and etiquette including memos, correspondence and email transmissions.
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
Good organizational skills and time management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Previous purchasing experience preferred.

Loan Operations Specialist
The Loan Operations Specialist will support the Loan Management and Operations Departments of a Bank with a variety of both commercial and residential loan servicing and administration functions. Provide exceptional internal and external customer service. Play a lead role in the administration of hazard and flood insurance policies.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Collateral and Document Control.
Hazard and Flood Insurance Administration.
UCC Administration.
Pledged collateral administration.
Loan file administration including filing, maintenance and initial setup.
Cross train in other Loan Operations functions.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of hazard and flood insurance administration.
Minimum 5 to 7 years commercial and single-family loan servicing/administration experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication and advanced financial calculations skills.
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, etc).
